Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform
We process contact & activity data belonging to 10 - 20k hotel bookings monthly. The data needs to be very secure, and we usually need to create a pdf of it to send to the hotel and guests, and take signatures and payments when necessary. In that regard, Nintex has been an absolute wonder to have at hand because we've been able to automatically create, send, document, and report on all the surveys and forms our guests interact with. We can design a form, send it out to whoever, accept and log payments, and then send it over to QB for invoice management. It saved us a lot of time and effort.
Pros

- Hundreds of integrations which is great for the hotels we work with because we can exchange data quickly

- The support team is also fantastic
Cons
- It's hard to start using it properly. We had to get to grips with it for a couple months before we could use it with confidence
- The contract stage was a bit longer than we'd like
- It increased our survey response rates by about 12 - 15% which is massive for us
- It used to take hours importing all the data into the hotel's software but now it's done automatically. This has probably saves us several hours per day in personnel time
- We were able to score several new contracts thanks to being able to show off our well oiled processes with Nintex
We ourselves use Trade Desk and Salesforce, but we've integrated it with several other tools our partners use. Primarily CRM and sheets software like Hubspot and Zoho. It also has a native integration with QB which was big for us
It takes up hours upon hours when you try to imprt the data from sheets to all the different tools we or the hotel has. The integrations have been fantastic in that regard because it does all the work for you in a fraction of the time it would have taken us to do it by hand. With close to zero errors mind you
It's much more reasonably priced and we were able to actually experience the platform for a bit before we made a decision. And by the time our demo was finished we had already started depending on it for some of our processes so it would've been very hard to separate from it.

Yes - We only use it on PC but most of our respondents use it on their mobile devices so it was critical for us that they could as it would've ruined our response rathes otherwise
