Overall Satisfaction with Odoo

We are using Odoo for Sales and Inventory which seamlessly integrates with the products on the websites. This means the Sales teams effectively manage the products on the back end and front end is automatically maintained.

Pros

  • Product integration on websites
  • Customization is endless

Cons

  • It would be great if one could load Marketplace Modules on Odoo.online
  • Documentation is lacking for customers that want to do self-serivce on Odoo.online
  • Not having product dimensions as standard feature is a major downfall
  • Odoo has streamlined the sales cycle significantly
Even though documentation is lacking the UX is very well done.
Odoo is extremely customizable even on Odoo.online via Studio
