Okta - Trustworthy with great features.

We use Okta for SAML authentication and to create and disable accounts using SCIM. This dramatically improves security; accounts that don't have passwords can't be hacked using that vector. The automated setup saves time when new people are hired or existing people leave. It also saves money by ensuring accounts are dealt with immediately, with fewer stale accounts.

Okta has so many applications ready to integrate out of the box with full setup instructions. Some 3rd party apps require higher tier subscriptions to enable SSO, but they are usually worth the price if it's a company-wide app. Okta helps stop shadowing IT. People want it to be integrated, so contact IT for support.

As a small team, I could never provide 99.99% uptime. I don't remember experiencing downtime during all my time using Okta. This helps ensure our company runs all the time, even when I am unavailable to provide support because Okta is doing it for me.
