Overall Satisfaction with Okta
We use Okta to control all roles throughout all apps and including how long people can stay signed in before reauthenticating in order to quickly cut down access to extremely sensitive private data.

Cons
- previously stored password in plain text
- difficulty in understanding limitations of token refreshing
- improved security
- slowed development(because of our own fault picking 1 hour staging/development token refresh timer)
- easy permission issue identification
Yes, we have many different aws, gcp, and I believe IT applications using it
No, we have an internal Okta professional because of how much we use the application and they were unable to really help the development team dealing with problems about token refreshes which seemed due to javascript not working on inactive browser tabs
We have never experienced an issue in 5 years aside from seeing our passwords in plaintext in the chrome inspector
