Overall Satisfaction with Okta
We use Okta for single sign-on (SSO) with Google Workspace. OKTA syncs with Workspace, and with that, we were able to activate MFA for all our email accounts. With password policies and application scope creation, we can use the OKTA platform for multiple services. We have been using it for 8 years now.
Pros
- Has MFA capabilities for Google Workspace.
- Sync with my AD for SSO with Citrix.
- There are advanced access security features.
Cons
- OKTA could have more complete dashboards, with more access statistics.
- OKTA could evolve further in its integration function between security tools.
- Reports could be more complete and intuitive.
- In today's world, security is everything, which is why OKTA complements our security posture.
- Ease for the user to use the OKTA app.
- We have never had any issues between OKTA and the Google Workspace we use, which demonstrates the high quality of the product.
The experience of using the platform is excellent, with high availability, solid features and integrations, and new features are always available. There is also the possibility of using the platform via API, which facilitates integration with many systems.
We have already had meetings with a regional manager from OKTA, which helped us better understand all OKTA products and the range of features we could utilize more effectively. OKTA support is comprehensive, and the documentation is also clear.
This availability is the key to OKTA's success; customers can trust that the service will always be available and secure. This helps customers focus on other IT issues. The multi-platform application is also responsible for giving IT professionals control over actions anywhere and at any time.
