Overall Satisfaction with Omnify
Omnify is being used across our whole facility. Members must make reservations to enter and use our swimming pool or exercise room. We have hour long reservations and half hour reservations.
- Customer support team is always very professional and thorough with assistance.
- It has never errored in reservation specifications.
- The set up is very user-friendly for administrators and users.
- We would love to have more specific options for restricting the number of times a client can book a reservation per week.
- It would be very beneficial for admins to be able to book clients in advance for classes that are not available to the mass clientele yet.
- We would like to be able to edit client's email addresses. Several of our members have typos in the emails provided, so they aren't receiving confirmation emails and they can't log in, so they have to make new accounts.
- It's made keeping facility numbers under control much easier.
- We think the price point is fair.
We did not like Sign Up Genius because it had limited functionality and was less organized. It also was not nearly as user-friendly.
