Overall Satisfaction with Omnify

Omnify helps in booking automation for our sports field.
It helps in addressing no-show of our customers [and] collection of data of customers.
  • Addresses all requirements of our business nature, which no other SaaS does.
  • Support team [does] hear our concerns and help us out with adding features or addressing issues.
  • Pricing.
  • Mobile app and UI improvement
  • It does have a good impact on our sales
They don't offer according to our requirement of facility booking.
UI needs small improvement. Mobile app, if developed for customers and for business owners, Omnify will be the best in the market.
Initially there were some issues, due to COVID, in supporting. Later they rectified by addressing our key issues.
