Overall Satisfaction with Omnisend
I use Omnisend to send marketing and advertising emails. I am also able to use it as a plug in on my website in order to get more emails and grow my list. It allows me to create automation for various aspects of my website. I’m able to see the open rates and click rates and allows me to see what emails worked and what didn’t. I can also keep track of my email list and get rid of bad or spam emails.
- Creation of well designed emails.
- Creation of various campaigns.
- Allows for ease of creation with adding and subtracting aspects of premade templates.
- Allows me to keep track of email subscriptions
- I do not like that I have to pay to do periodic email cleanups.
- Some templates do not keep my presences and I have to to keep updating
- I feel like training can be done in an easier way
- I am able to see if ordered were placed based on who opened the email and clicked on links.
- It’s had a positive impact on my business by being able to see what emails have produced direct sales.
- It has helped to increase website traffic
- It has allowed my to expand how I can communicate with potential customers.
