Overall Satisfaction with Omnisend

Omnisend is a great service for my business. I use them to make the life of a business owner better. Forms are great for popups to gather emails to potential buyers. Automations is a game changer. I use them for welcome, abandon cart, browse abandonment, product reviews and Abandoned Checkout. Omnisend made it to easy with reporting to give me feedback on my growth.

Pros

  • The automation is great! It's so easy to create, setup and monitor
  • Campaigns are fantastic! I can create a year's worth of campaigns without worrying about it.
  • I love the reports! They gather the information I need to adjust and grow my business.

Cons

  • I can't think of any areas for improvement. They are quick to respond to answer any questions I have and have tons of YouTube videos. They look for opportunities to take care of the business owner's needs.
  • As long as I have a business, I will have Omnisend. Omnisend gives me the tools I need to keep my clients coming back to my site to purchase.
They make it too easy! If you can't figure it out, they have great Youtube videos to help you.

If you have a website, you need Omnisend. The features they offer is needed for any website and to keep visitors engaged. It doesn't matter if you are a small 1 person show or a billion dollar company. If you're not engaging with your customers, you're loosing them. You can't run a business without the automations and campaigns.
