Overall Satisfaction with Omnisend

Im small business and my web developer installed me Omnisend bcs she told me this is the best free version from the start. Later I needed to start to do some things by myself and I was so impressed! Omnisend is not in my native language so I was little bit afraid to learn something I dont know (email marketing) in app in English but everything goes so smooth. I was fighting in Wix with the pop up for weeks! In Omnisend it was only in about 10 minutes.
Their customer care is so quick like really 24/7. Also they are always very proactive to help me and im still on the free version only. Also they are really going for solution and acting immediately, not something like "thank you, we will send it to our technicians and let you know in 24-48 hours." Thank you and im not going anywhere im stick with u Omnisend! <3

Pros

  • Free version for small business with 500 emails monthly
  • Options - like pop ups etc.

Cons

  • Im still on free version and everything goes so smoothly, no improvement needed now.
  • Now im using it just for welcome emails and order confirmation - i have very good open rate so its good
Im so so happy how everything goes so smooth! Its so good for small businesses. I hope I will grow my audience and I will go on paid version bcs they really deserve my money.

I think its very very good for begginers with small business. I think maybe it wont be so good for very big companies? I really dont know. I saw so many tiktok videos with recommendations of this app for small businesses bcs its very intuitive and practical with the customer care 24/ and free version with everything u really need for the start.
