Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We leverage ON24 as an extension of our thought leadership to our customers and followers. We highlight topics that are hot in our industry as well as expanding on topics covered during recent thought leadership papers, case studies, and announcements. It's used as an educational tool for our attendees. The tool is owned an managed by marketing and completely integrated with Salesforce for lead capture and follow up.

- Follow up automated emails for those registered. Easy to make adjustments to event.
- Widgets and tools within enhance the attendee experience.
- Ability to achieve and access past events - enhancing our library of on demand webinars.
- Pop up boxes that you position for the portal window. Don't love the configuration. Sometimes forget to line up properly.
We have integrated On24 with Salesforce and capture leads for all attendees, for those registered as well as those who actually attend. We also continue to leverage the on demand for social media and email campaigns and lead capture those as well. We have a section on our website with a library of our on demand webinars.
- Again we have created a library of on demand and monthly webinars and have a high level of attendees each month continually bringing in lead gen.
- Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
No impact as we did monthly webinars already, we just saw higher attendance overall.
Much better but also more expensive.
We simply use a template to replicate each event. Then cusotmize details. Love that it stores past speakers so you can easily pull them up any time.
