Overall Satisfaction with ON24

CEDAR Document Technologies provides an integrated customer communications and digital servicing platform delivered as a hosted managed service. We use ON24 for customer-facing and internal webinars. ON24 customer-facing webinars are an important part of CEDAR's marketing efforts. The service enables us to provide a more polished and engaging webinar experience through real-time polls and Q&A interactivity. The on-demand feature enables clients who were otherwise unable to attend to view the webinar at their leisure. Lastly, the webinar video is archived for us to leverage at a later time.

  • ON24 has exceptional customer service, but I especially recommend the chat platform. When I write in with a question or concern I am immediately helped, and most of the time I get a team member who knows me.
  • ON24 offers many of its own webinars on various topics and they are especially helpful to understand product update releases.
  • ON24's Customer Success Managers do a great job of regularly keeping in touch and making sure customers are always informed about any product changes, upcoming webinars and more.
  • ON24 features extensive online documentation on how to use the product, and, initially, that was a bit overwhelming. It could probably be condensed.
  • Training sessions initially would be best done onsite and for a longer period of time. We did a few hours online.
  • I have sent in some functionality suggestions for future releases that ON24 could probably find.
Webinar reliability is essential in the business world. If you send an invitation to a webinar and there are issues with the sound, production or video quality, attendees might not come back for another, and a company possibly could lose a prospective customer.

We have used standard industry products in the past and ON24 appears more polished, engaging and customizable.
ON24 is very well-suited for company webinars and internal webinars. I don't see a scenario where it would not be appropriate if cost is not a factor.
