Pros and Cons

In my opinion, their platform has declined and the leadership has taken their eye off the ball. It used to be a good platform and 3 years ago it was ahead of its time, but not anymore

Their tech stack in my opinion has declined. They need some help with ease of use, quality, and usability.

Integration to CRM & Marketing Automation

ON24 was not integrated with our CRM or marketing automation system.

Reliability and Availability

My team mentioned that issues have happened in the past, but I can't point my finger at a date and time so I'm giving it a 5.

Return on Investment

Positive because we used ON24 to prove the concept over the last three years, and now we have moved to a platform that is less than 1/3 the cost, with better functionality.

Alternatives Considered

Any Meeting is our new platform and its too early to give them a full review, but the cost is roughly $200 per month as opposed to ON24 which was 10x that.

Other Software Used

Salesforce Analytics Cloud, Sisense, Trello

Likelihood to Recommend

I would say that if they can improve their functionality and their ease of use they may have a chance. Also, it is one of the most expensive options on the market.
