Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 for our external webinars within the marketing department.
  • Lead generation
  • Very easy setup
  • Has great templates for the webinar environment.
  • Awesome support during live events.
  • More detailed and overall reporting.
  • More control over marketing materials (emails/landing pages).
  • Ability to send a registration email more than once (for testing purposes this would be helpful).
We use Pardot for registration of webinars and we use Salesforce as our CRM for lead gen. ON24 allows the account executives to see detailed information about the attendee and their interaction with the webinar.
ON24 is reliable for webcasting and hosting the webcast. When it comes to CRM integration and Marketing automation integration it is really touchy. It took us 7 months to get ours finally working and we still have issues every once in a while. We have IT on speed dial.
  • ON24 has allowed us to be more seamless with the registration of the webinars and lead generation has doubled.
GoToWebinar is very different when it comes to its interface and CRM integration.
ON24 would be great for companies who are just starting out with webinars and need to test the waters to see if this is something they want to keep in their marketing plan.
