COVID-19 Impact

The business operations (online seminars) in our team were conducted via ON24 before the pandemic as well and thus our working routine with ON24 stayed the same.

Due to ongoing role changes in our team we had to reassign licenses for ON24 numerous times and this proved to be quite a cumbersome process since the reassignment wouldn't work properly at first try and frequently required support from the ON24 team. In other respects, ON24 provides interesting tools to become more engaged with customers, first and foremost the Engagement Hub.

Likelihood to Recommend

ON24 is a very sophisticated platform when it comes to facing customers as it provides an easy and professional user interface for attendees. However, it makes presenting harder than other tools such as MS Teams as the handling of screensharing, Q&A and videosharing doesn't come intuitively and thus is less suitable for internal projects in a company.
