Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is used by my department to support all external client webinars, which have been held up to 2x per week. We have had numerous webinars reach capacity and been able to provide critical information and guidance to our clients and contacts, especially during the pandemic. The platform is easy to use and our professionals have had no issues navigating the features.

With live events halted, ON24 was key to us reaching clients directly. It proved out that our company did not need to pay huge sums to co-sponsor live events - our virtual ON24 events, held by our company directly, had even more of an impact! Other companies began coming to us to co-sponsor our events!
Initial training required for new users/departments, but overall very easy to scale and grow the use of the platform.
I think ON24 is a sound choice for any organization and would not find it less appropriate for any company needing to host live events to reach their customers or clients.
