Across the whole business globally. Allows us to generate leads and nurture them to clients. Also used for client engagement. Especially in times of pandemic. We are able to reach out to larger scale as compared to virtual conferences. Also allows us to track engagement through clicks and downloads which is not possible in in person events.

During the pandemic, we conducted the most webinar in our company history. Being information services company, it was crucial for us to sliver information in a timely manner and with ON24, we were able to accomplish that. During the double black swan, we had over 1000 attendees for our webinar that was discussing the topic.
On-boarding of colleagues still requires time. Different departments have different account setup so it still takes time to reach everyone. But other than that, once everyone is trained, is pretty transferable between departments. adding of licenses etc. is easy too - with the help of our customer success manager. Good!

ON24 provides way more customization option it also takes care of the logistics needed from the start to the end - everything can be done from ON24 so that’s really helpful. There’s also a very robust on-demand provision that is especially helpful in ensuring that we reach as many people as possible.
Very useful when it comes to reaching out to large number of audience globally. Platform is also intuitive and easy to use. However, when it comes to having to localize the event to multiple foreign languages, it is still not that robust. You can only set one language per event, and this is restrictive.

50 - Colleagues who use ON24 include members of the marketing programs team - they set-up and execute the webinars. We also have members from the marketing technology team who trains up users on how to use ON24. Our presenters are researchers in the firm, and they use ON24 to conduct webinars.
20 - To support ON24, the user must have been properly trained on how to use ON24 - reason being while there are certain steps that can be "cope-and-pasted", there are many tiny details within the ON24 setup that needs to be checked and verified. Once trained, I believe anyone can be a webinerd.
There are certainly pros and cons of the different softwares, but so based on comparison, ON24 provides the best backend platform - producers have a lot of control, the improved Elite Studio is user-friendly. One shortcoming would be the limit on number of speakers who can connect to Elite Studio, Simulive doesn't allow for webcam, dial-in numbers are restricted to a few countries.
