Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use it for internal webinars to give further discussion on trends, programs, software's, and report evaluations. Currently we are aiming to maximize SQOs and increase pipeline.

- Key moments did not make a good impression on me, the idea is good but when I embedded it into the email it didn't work or look properly formatted.
- I dislike that on the elite studio update it took away the webinar title and the webinar id number.
- we've gotten positive feedback on our swap from GoToWebinar to ON24, the audience view is more attractive
- I wish there was a way to seamlessly push out a URL on the fly from a question to the audience without have an audience chat
- Internally we "uped" our paid ads to promote the webinars and it's shown more registrant and attendance.
- customers don't explore the console as much as we hope for.
We use the reporting URL to review the stats. We also go into the Analytics tab and since we "tag" or webinars we look at the different topics and see how they perform also. This year I gave a presentation to my team on hour stats and we compared it to the benchmark from companies in our industry and we realized we are much lower than where we should be. Thus we've internally 'upped' paids ads.
Since I work in virtual events I'm more likely to register for other companies webinars too on my free time. I love the idea of key moments and hope it can get improved. I did enjoy the update with the ON24 keyboard arrow to advance slides but I wish it was easier to locate and turn on, it's very hidden.
