Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 for prospect and customer webinars. We were struggling to get attendees as well as struggling to keep people's attention during the presentation.

  • More requests for demo straight from the platform
We use this to show our leadership how much our attendees interact and pay attention during the presentation. For prospect webinars, this helps us with lead scoring and who to follow up with first.
It speeds up the process for our team. Instead of creating a new landing page everytime, a new form, follow up emails, recordings, it speeds the entire process up and helps us have more time for other projects.
There are some kinks we still need to work out. But in the process of doing so, we have used their support team and have gotten the information we needed to better our efforts.
With both the other platforms, they don't always show up on calendars as well as ON24 does.
