Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 to host all our virtual events, from training sessions to traditional webinars and round tables. ON24 helps us keep track of leads and engagement and enables us to weave in calls-to-action organically and the next steps so we can help folks progress throughout the funnel. We needed something integrated with HubSpot, so we went with ON24. We use the integration to inform lead scoring and sales follow-up within the CRM.
Pros

Cons
- The UX is a bit old school - could use a refresh in look and feel.
- It would be great if they could pass over more details to HubSpot.
- We increased the number of demo requests after an event with in-event CTAs.
- We enhanced post-event follow up with HubSpot integration.
- We've generated more rev as a result of the above.
We send a post-event survey after every event that includes a CTA to book a meeting, and we pass along that engagement to the BDR team for action. We also understand which content resonates by looking at the clicks on related resources during an event. It is great!
We haven't even scratched what we can do with ON24. I look forward to testing more in-event polling, more embedded video moments, and more in-app scoring and experiences to encourage folks to continue to engage with our content.
