Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 has been a part of our organization (Avaya) for 6 years. ON24 has detailed analytics and great engagement, which we were looking forward to. We use ON24 for all our webinars, and the platform is easy to use and very detailed at the same time.
Pros
- Webinars hosted in ON24 run smoothly and never lag, and the help desk is very responsive.
- Detailed analytics in every field include surveys, unique clicks, and downloads.
- Registration details and multi-registration links in ON24 are very helpful and allow us to add additional registration fields and restrict certain domains.
Cons
- One-click access to the help desk agent. This was easy before, but now it's a long process.
- Video recording on Simulive is something that we look forward to, not just recording on slides.
- Restricting certain countries to sessions should be added along with restricting domains.
- ON24 has helped to increase customer engagement.
- It is a great webinar platform that allows you to use your company-branded banners and logos.
- Adding take-action widgets is a great way to promote and draw engagement.
After every webinar hosted in ON24, we collect the data provided and personally reach out to customers related to training. Additionally, we reach out to the particular CRM's.
I had the privilege to work with a few webinar tools like Zoom, Bizzabo, and ON24, and I must say ON24 is an awesome webinar tool. It's easy to use and provides the complete details we require.
