Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause for all of our online auctions. It makes it possible for us to still hold an auction, even if we are not able to have an on-site event. It was very useful this past year during the pandemic and we loved the software so much that we will continue with it for 2022.
  • Easy- easy for donors to look through items and bid
  • Reliable- can depend on it to have correct bids, end when auction closed, etc.
  • Photos- It is difficult to add more than one photo to auction items
  • Shipping- have to make it a misc charge to charge for shipping
  • It has helped us still hold an auction during the pandemic
  • Made our reach greater
I have used a few different platforms but OneCause seems to have it all. It is the easiest to use and less confusing for our guests. I have bid on several items in other organization auctions and I am always grateful to see when OneCause is being used.

Cvent Event Diagramming (Formerly Social Tables)
OneCause is perfect for any event planner who would like to have a larger reach for events. This makes it possible to have donors bid on items who are at your event and those who are not! I would say it is less appropriate if your donor base is not tech-savvy and likes the traditional bid sheets in person. I will definitely recommend OneCause to most colleagues planning an auction.
