Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

The Fisher Cats Foundation uses OneCause for our online silent auction efforts at fundraising events. It allows us to focus on other aspects of the event, knowing the silent auction element is taken care of.
  • The Max Bid option increased our fundraiser total by 30%
  • The Event checklist really helped keep us on track and knowing we could go back and review tasks easily was reassuring
  • Automatically defaulting to having the purchaser cover the credit card fee would have saved us some money
  • Being able to edit multiple auction items at the same time would have made things easier (maybe a grid view?)
  • More funds were raised by 30% over one year
  • We only needs a few auction volunteers as opposed to many
It was easy to use for the main users but a little complicated to explain to day-of volunteers who are helping with the auction. Could there be different levels of access (Editor, Viewer, etc.) and make their homepage views different?
They got back to us in a timely manner when needed but there wasn't really much proactive reaching out to us until very close to the event.

We originally purchased OneCause because COVID caused our 2020 event to go virtual but, it was so easy to use and helped increase donation amounts, we plan on using it at all Foundation events.
