Overall Satisfaction with OneCause
We utilize OneCause for our fundraising efforts which include an annual Gala, Golf Classic, and Auxiliary Auction. This has helped tremendously during COVID as we were able to quickly navigate to a virtual event twice and manage our events seamlessly.
Their system is nice working in the cloud and data is easy to access.

- Access the data easily in the cloud.
- Allows for both in person and virtual events.
- Reports are easy to navigate.
- I struggle with putting in expenses to show total revenue raised after expenses.
- Items vs packages can be confusing as we enter them.
- It allowed us to host an event virtually when in the past it would have simply been canceled.
