Prior to OneCause, we were manually tracking the auction items on an excel spreadsheet and it was a hassle each year putting it all together when it came to auction day. With OneCause, we are able to allow donors to submit the item online and provide a description of the item. Then once submitted, we are able to review and add notes and update the location of the item and approve it. We can then assign an item number to the auction item and set a price. On Auction day, I can easily turn on and text the bidders that it's open. Because we can set an end time, we don't have to stress about grabbing the bidding sheets and checkout process. OneCause has made our lives easier (1-person handling the auction) and it was worth the investment!
