Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause's BidPal system for our school auction. It is our major fundraiser for our school and we needed an upgrade from our handwritten, paper system that we were using for our silent and live auction. BidPal has done what they promote- increasing our auction revenue by using this online system.
  • OneCause's Customer Support is the best I've ever experienced
  • The online training classes included with the system are extremely helpful
  • The final product (the online auction presentation to users) looks great and is easy to use
  • The initial auction set up is somewhat complicated, but there is training available for this
  • Increased auction sales, in spite of having lower than normal turnout of guests
  • No more paper bidding sheets- it saved so much time!
It is a challenge to figure out the system at first. The training is great, but until you're actively using the system for your event, it can be hard to use. That's why the customer support is so important- to help users work through all the challenges of learning. They were extremely helpful and I'm ready to use this system for a second year with no hesitations.
Wonderful- best I've experienced in any kind of technical support situation.

Last year was my first time using OneCause. I had a lot of questions when it came to setting up our large school auction. The over the phone customer support was the best I've ever experienced. They were really patient and helpful and almost always I was confident my question/problem was resolved by the end of the call.
