Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We implemented OneCause's Mobile Bidding Software at our "Broadway Bash" Annual Fundraiser. We utilized OneCause to create a digital home base for our event. Guests could see event info, an itinerary for the night, and even preview packages that would be available for auction. Using this software gave us the ability to organize our event, and keep accurate reports of things like RSVPs, ticket sales, guest contact information, bidding history, package prices and price increases etc. It is a complete A to Z event management software, and it helped us create a seamless experience for our guests.

Pros

Cons

  • More guidance on terminal use (in case guests do not want to use their personal device)
  • More volunteer training guides
  • Increased amount of time saved using OneCause for Event Management
  • Increased amount of opportunities to give through OneCause
  • Increased visibility for our organization online
OneCause has incredibly comprehensive training and customer support. I could send an email with the most specific question about my particular event needs and could expend a response within 24 hours. I only had 2 months to fully integrate this software into our event. Nobody at my company had previous training or experience, so I was on my own, and by the end felt incredibly comfortable using this for our fundraiser.
I could always expect a fast and completely comprehensive response. Each user is assigned a customer care representative who you can personally reach out to with specific questions about your event. We also hired an Event Consultant who was present with us live at our event in OKC. She helped us with every aspect of OneCause throughout the night, and was a complete expert!

OneCause is less appropriate for small, intimate events. It works incredibly well for large-scale auctions, fundraisers, and events where the goal is the maximize the amount of money you can raise. It makes it easy for guests to support your cause and give money through donations, appeals auctions, and so on.
