Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

I currently use OneCause the fundraising and suction platform - Bidpal. It makes it so easy to reach a bigger audience for auction and donating purposes, it saved us money, and we got to keep it all year long which is allowing us to make more money and do more things with the software.

  • Makes everything so streamline and user friendly for all ages
  • It's helping us make more money which is the goal always!
  • It's going to take some time to fully understand the software. That is normal because it is such a powerful tool to learn.

Like anything new, it is going to take some time to figure out a whole new site. It took me a little bit but the resources OneCause has is so great. It's going to take some time to feel confident but trust the process!
THEY ARE AMAZING! HANDS DOWN THE BEST SUPPORT I HAVE RECIEVED FROM A VENDOR!
I personally never used Otego but it was more expensive then OneCause and it was a one night deal. With OneCause we get to keep the software all year and get to do more events/ auctions because of that.

I always have a ton of questions and we ended up purchasing this software very close to our big event, I was in panic mode because I was worried I wasn't going to figure the software out in time and our whole night was riding on the software. The support team would stay on the phone with me for an hour at a time and answer all my questions, they answer emails within 24 hours or faster. I felt very supoorted!
