Overall Satisfaction with OneCause
OneCause is logically set up so you can login and start using it immediately. The previous program I used took 6-10 clicks to get to a report, auction, settings or anything which wasted employee time researching where to go to do anything at all within the program. This platform is so intelligently laid out I logged in and immediately built an event and auction with zero help and no corrections needed after review with my support rep that is automatically provided through the purchase of this software.

- no errors in the platform even with patchy internet
- amazing support team with fast response
Cons
- Show more tables on each page or provide option to show all for wide view
- smooth out the auction item building process
- I have broke records on each event using this
- I have needed less volunteers for registration
- No need for me to manage auction...self manages
OneCause embarasses other platforms due to all that it can do and with the ease of use.
