Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause for our Silent Auction and Fundraising Donations for our annual Gala and events throughout the year. We also like that we can create a landing page that is customizable for our event to have a website directly to our auction and fundraising. This allows us to have a larger donor reach and also is secure for our user's information.

Pros

  • User friendly for bidders and donations!
  • Great reports for tracking.

Cons

  • I genuinely can't think of anything I'd suggest improving.
  • It has had an extremely positive impact on our Online Auction, with more items available, and the user-friendly platform makes our donors bid more.
  • It has elevated our events with the easy check in features to keep the event smoth.
  • It has saved so much time and stress with the customer service support accessibility and knowledge.
I give it this rating because when I first started using OneCause, I was concerned it might be complicated and I could make mistakes that would negatively impact our organization. OneCause's usability has made me feel confident and stress-free in every event we use it for because it is easy to use.
OneCause has the BEST customer support I have ever experienced. They are patient, and knowledgeable and always help me when I contact them. Whenever I have inquired how to use a feature or asked about how to do something, they give me the answer but also go above and beyond with additional info that I ended up also using.
I have not used any other products like this and don't plan to because OneCause has been so great.

OneCause is VERY well suited for any organization that needs organized fundraising. It's great for organizations who need a wide reach with the ability to have a user-friendly, secure online bidding donation portal. It is well suited if you are not very tech savvy as their customer service will help you each step of the way.
