We are a private, independent PK3-12th-grade school. We use OneCause for our Gala and golf tournament auction, as well as for our supporters.

OneCause is very user-friendly. However, there are many steps for one item to be entered, and the setup isn't the most user-friendly. Inputting past supporters on the new platform isn't a thing, and we will have to switch away from OneCause since we don't have the manpower to input over 2,000+ donors.

Working with support while setting up events or any questions is always answered quickly and is very helpful.

Auctions are a great reason to use OneCause. It keeps items available for viewing and bidding. I wouldn't use it for small events.
