Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We have an annual fundraiser with over 1,000 attendees. We have raffles, wine pull, silent auction, and live auction. It gives us a website for people to register and purchase items and check in/out.

OneCause has a concept of supporters across events. However, we have found that it is difficult to use this feature because we have "duplicates" and cannot merge them. We also have difficulty getting the exact data we need to import into our CRM system. The menu is in an odd order for us and I wish we could customize it.
OneCause is very supportive! I love the AI generated help while in the product and chat is usually very fast to respond. When I've needed to escalate an issue past standard support, they have been very responsive and listen.
OneCause had the most features we needed and the support sold us.

OneCause is well suited for in person and virtual fundRaising events. We also use it for Peer to Peer fundRaising. It is straightforward to set up and check in is a breeze with over 1,000 attendees! We use event services to ensure things run smoothly the day of our event. We don't use it for our website or recurring donations because our CRM is easier to integrate with our website.
