Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause as our event platform for all of our major events. It's wonderful to have an event platform that can process tickets, silent auction, paddle raise and other event specific fundraising games.

Pros

  • The support team is exceptional. They are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
  • The online silent auction is easy to use and love the AI feature to help with descriptions.
  • Ticketing system is efficient and allows different levels of tickets.
  • Capture sponsor levels and benefits.

Cons

  • Sometimes it's hard to submit pictures that are the right size.
  • When trying to print a report, I would like it to look more like an Excel report that is easier to read.
  • Do more webinars around unique fundraising ideas.
  • The on-line auction has helped increase our silent auction revenue.
  • Providing staff at events to help for our first event using OneCause was extremely helpful and alleviated some of our stress.
  • Providing extra iPads at events to help with check in made the check in process flow easier and faster.
OneCause is very user friendly and if there is anything I don't understand their support team is more than happy to help. The knowledge of the support team and the fact that they are there until 7pm is extremely helpful. I also love that they have someone available on event day if I have any questions during the event, OneCause has all the capabilities that I look for in an event management system.
The hours of the support team are terrific as I often work past 5pm and need help in the evening hours. Every support team member I have ever spoken with are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly. They also follow-up with written info to help with whatever issues I am having.
