Overall Satisfaction with OneCause
OneCause has been a wonderful tool to add to our organization's fundraising processes. We have multiple branches in our region and it has streamlined and made our events more successful and more professional across the board. We love the intuitive nature of the software, which makes for ease of use, and we love, love, love the reporting features.

Cons
- Adding event supporters seems cumbersome or sometimes repetitive
- More training opportunities upon signing on
- It seems that multiple records are created easily and often. How can we eliminate that?
- Increased revenue across the board for us.
- Time saving when another branch wants to do a similar event. They can copy the event.
- Universal collection of data.
- The reporting is so helpful and efficient.
- I love that it is always up-to-date with dollars raised.
It's the best I think. Greater Giving is out of date and Givebutter is limited in what it can do.
