Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

Event and fundraising website management. We use it to sell tickets, help with registration and payment management. We have 2 major fundraising events each year.

Cons

  • Customization in site pages
  • Set up of features
  • Having everything displayed in one place
  • Negative, some supporters could not navigate the website
  • Positive, allowed for more smooth registration price with express check in
Hard to use without looking up and watching webinars. Things are set very weird and specific in the system not helpful to everyone.
Always reply but sometimes the answer is "we don't have that feature or you can't do that"
