Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause for all of our special events in regards to silent and live auctions, selling of tickets, sponsorships, and donations. OnceCause is one of the only companies that were willing to provide staff at our 500 person event -- which is very important to us.

  • search functions within the site would be helpful
  • ability to customize the site more
  • Greater event support which allows the staff to focus on our donors
Is difficult to assign a table to 8n true guests without someone getting the credit for the table
Support is very responsive!

We are unique in that we allow sponsorships to count as votes for teams that raise money for us -- it is not user-friendly for this function. It also does not allow you to sell a table to a company and then tie that table to someone else if it is gifted.

  • We use it for our large gala.
  • We use it to see who we want to cultivate as ongoing donors.
  • We use it for silent auction for people that are not attending our events.
  • We have used it for voting for teams that compete in our large fundraiser.
  • We could use it for our golf outing. We have not used it in the past for this.
We are just getting used to the new system and feel that in year 2 we will be even more savvy.
