Overall Satisfaction with OneCause
OneCause was used just by the development department for our recent gala and auction. It was also used by our event planner and appropriate vendors. For us OneCause handled pre-event registration, auction setup (silent and live), ticketing and table assignment, and payment processing for credit card gifts/purchases with the ability to manually add non-credit transactions.
- Registration was easy
- Credit payments were easy
- Add decimal points for gifts...couldn't believe it couldn't handle that and it matters for monetary reconciliations
- If a payment was a credit card, we were unable to change the transaction type (ex. from ticket to donation) without refunding and recharging, which was uncomfortable for our donors.
- Positive auction outcomes
- Negative response on tabling processes
