Overall Satisfaction with OneLogin

This system OneLogin is used by the whole organization. We have a ton of systems that we subscribe to and need a centralized and secure rally point for users. Also allows us to audit access for users and do bulk changes to access as required and gives another organizational tool for managing users.
  • Manage IP restricted access
  • Activity log is brief and lacks detail.
  • UI is very slow.
  • Lock / Unlock mechanisms are buggy. Need to unlock via suspend, and use activity log instead of the toggle (not intuitive).
  • I do not have any specifics on ROI impact.
OneLogin is well suited for companies that use multiple systems for their work. It syncs well with Active Directory, and is an alternative to using SSO per page, and consolidates everything into an easy access portal. Time is saved for user productivity and IT management. Onelogin is also customizable for your needs.
