Overall Satisfaction with OneNote
OneNote is used by everyone at our organization. More by those who understand it's value than others. It is a great alternative to Word and File Explorer for creating, storing, and accessing content.
- OneNote is easily accessed and usable immediately. Quickly, easily, and efficiently.
- There is no save in OneNote. Being on the cloud all content in OneNote just "IS". No more lost work for lack of saving.
- OneNote is highly searchable. All content in OneNote is not only easy to access and find using the taxonomy available in the app, but by using tagging and the powerful built in search capabilities, you can get to any of your content easily.
- Sharing notebooks is a breeze and allows for fast and easy collaboration in real time with others. Even if they do not have the app themselves.
- Honestly, I have a hard time finding what OneNote cannot do. My experience is that through using your imagination and creativity, especially as the app can be used in conjunction with others, you can do nearly anything within reason and that would be expected of the app.
- I do wish that you could save files of greater than 100MB in OneNote. This would allow the use of embdedded video for instance.
- Faster and more efficient access to relavent work content makes me more productive.
- Managing projects and mapping concepts for conversion to projects is a strength of OneNote for sure.
- Working with others collaboratively by sharing notebooks and using OneDrive and Lync in tandem with OneNote allows for a super creative and productive combo of services that will make any team more productive, connected, and efficient.

OnenOte has a great usability features that I like and the way it is integrated with the rest of the MS ecosystem of products which I use makes it that much more valuable.
