Overall Satisfaction with OneSource Virtual
We use OneSource Virtual for their payroll administration services as well as their application management services. We also implemented their AP automation tool and absolutely love it!
- They are service-oriented!
- Innovative.
- Reliable.
- Change management.
- Payroll was painful in our old system. We would begin Monday morning and have to submit by noon on Wednesday and we always worked up to the very last minute, which often meant 12-hour days, and I knew we would end up losing good people if we didn’t solve these issues.
- By implementing Workday and partnering with OneSource Virtual, we’ve been able to streamline our processes and are able to get payroll done in two hours versus three days. Even better, our team is much happier and able to focus on more strategic and rewarding work.
- Meteorix
We did not use OneSource Virtual to help us implement Workday. We used a competitor that did a fine job, but we quickly moved to OneSource Virtual post-implementation to take our tenant to the next level!
