We use OnPage to ensure research activities are conducted in a timely and efficient way 24/7. This prevents staff from waiting in person and ensures a work-life balance while the staff is on-call. OnPage is a valuable research tool that facilitates communication across interdisciplinary teams to improve and support clinical research.

OnPage goes above and beyond Microsoft Teams by allowing you to receive critical alerts. Microsoft Teams does not allow users to receive alerts when they are offline, which limits its functionality and ability to reach team members in urgent situations. Even if your phone is on silent, OnPage will still give you an alert.

OnPage is appropriate for those who need to replace a pager. I would not recommend OnPage for facilitating communication within the app itself; but as a notification that your attention is needed, OnPage works great. OnPage is also appropriate for those who are comfortable using their cellphone for professional communication as it reduces the number of peripheral devices needed.
