Overall Satisfaction with OnPay

I recently switched to OnPay for our payroll processing service. The entire process was quick and easy, the customer service was fast to respond to my questions. I just processed our first payroll with them and it was a very easy process. Employee feedback has been positive, too. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for simple, straightforward payroll processing!

  • They provide easy to understand instructions and information
  • Intuitive website makes entering/updating employee information quick and easy
  • We are saving a great deal of money switching to OnPay, which is extremely important to us as a nonprofit business
Whenever I had a question it was responded to quickly and thoroughly.
The website/dashboard is extremely intuitive. I'm not having any trouble finding things or figuring out how to add/update information.

OnPay made it easy to switch payroll companies, which can be a very stressful change. I never had a reason to worry about our employees not being paid on time during the process.
