EXCELLENT SUPPORT! Without exception every OnPay employee I have interacted with has either known the answer to my question or has found the answer to resolve my issue. My last encounter the representative apologized for keeping me on the phone so long. I was happy to stay on the phone to get an answer to my question.

As mentioned previously, I appreciate the Chat feature and have used it several times. I've also used the help database and found it wonderful. And I've had many email support interactions. Every time I've interacted with many individuals from the support team including...(who has helped me a number of times). The interactions have been professional and courteous and extremely helpful. Often they're able to resolve my problems and questions very quickly. OnPay has provided great support to our team here at Strike Visuals.

I've only had to call a couple of times, and each time the customer service rep is extremely thorough and helpful. I've never had the experience, like I do with some other companies, of feeling stressed or irritated with the reps. They are competent, educated, and easily walk me through the system.

OnPay is very quick and somewhat thorough on providing support to questions we have had, particularly in respond to letters received from the IRS where we needed clarification (and piece-of-mind) that we were paying the proper state and federal taxes and that they were being calculated correctly.
However, some of this feedback would not have been needed if OnPay were to send a summary email, perhaps quarterly, summarizing the payments that have been made. While it is possible to find out this information of the website, it is sometimes hard to navigate to the correct location if you are not conversant with tax language and know exactly what you are looking for and where to find it.

They have always solved my problems and answered the questions I had. In the earlier years, they were much better and faster but in recent years there appears to be not as much people available so this results in more email requests.

I would say support is one of the best features OnPay has. You can call, chat or email. With ADP I was always on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. They also did not have chat when I was with ADP.
