Overall Satisfaction with Ooma Office

Ooma is used across the entire organization both in-office and remotely. The ease of adaptability to transition to working remotely was a huge reason to work with Ooma.

Pros

  • Ease of use.
  • Equipment options.
  • Ability to work remotely and not miss calls.
  • Customer service.

Cons

  • Some options not available on equipment is limiting in some cases.
  • Technical issues can sometimes be difficult for the agents to fix.
  • Sometimes service goes down even with a strong internet connection.
  • Huge savings vs. other options.
  • Responsible for equipment replacement if anything goes bad but so far so good.
Comcast was too expensive compared to Ooma. Features were similar and the equipment I selected from Ooma was better than Comcast options.
They want to help but sometimes can’t resolve the issue or get back with you when they say they will.

If you are in and out of the office but want to be able to get calls and make calls using the office number, Ooma is great. Also the cost is great and a huge savings compared to other options.
