Overall Satisfaction with Ooma Office

We use Ooma Office for our business phone services. This includes call transfers, schedules, text messaging, call recording, conferencing, and call reporting.

We have used Ooma Office for over 5 years, and up until the last few months, it has been a great experience. However, in the last few months, there have been multiple service interruptions (at least once or twice per month). Their customer support during these times is almost impossible to reach and there is no good explanation of the problems.
