Overall Satisfaction with Ooma Office

Ooma Office supports our official company phone number and fax number. We use it in the office, our laptops, and through the mobile app. It is being used by everyone in the office. Ooma Office solved two main business problems. It reduced our phone and fax service costs significantly and it provided easy mobile access to calls and messages.

Ooma Office is very easy to use and provides all the features we need at an excellent price. Moving off a traditional line provides a lot of flexibility at much better price point.
We didn't actually try or do any research on any other service since I had Ooma at home for 7 years before and was confident it would work for us.

It is a perfect small business solution where you have a strong and reliable internet connection and want to port your existing # and use your existing phones. That was our case which is why it has worked out very well. The monthly cost savings was significant which made the upfront cost for the device easy to accept. Plans can get expensive if you have a lot of users.

Using Ooma Office

We don't have any plans to drop Ooma office. It just works and we need an office number at a reasonable/low cost.

Ooma Office Support

We had a few after-sale questions like timing on porting and some of the Office features that I did not have with the Ooma home solution. Each time the support was great and timely. But since then (7 years ago) we haven't had to use the support services at all. It simply works.

No, it didn't make sense for our business. In addition to an office number, we all have our own cell phones so we aren't solely dependent on the office number and therefore, we don't need as many features and related support.
Ooma provided excellent after the sale support to ensure we were setup and running smoothly. And since the service has been reliable we have not needed much support. When we have contacted Ooma for support they have always responded promptly and answered our questions.
