Overall Satisfaction with OpenText Core Experience Insights

Being a $100M company, we've been very successful from word of mouth and taking care of our customers. However, the larger we grow as an organization, the more complicated it is to pin point the customer journey and at what point they feel delight and at what point they feel challenge. OpenText Core Experience Insights takes all of our analytics into one platform to help guide us through the buyers journey.
  • Helps to determine our lead scoring
  • Captures analytics accurately from multiple channels
  • Helps us to visualize at what point leads will turn into sales
  • Difficult to update
  • Clunky workflow module
  • Need to know coding
  • Return on Investment due to manual processes
  • Analytics have improved our sales score
  • Increased revenue due to predictive analytics
Price was the determining factor in our choice for OpenText Core Experience Insights, as we were doing things very manually in the past. That being said, the larger we grow, we may look to other options as Acquia was very high on our list but a bit more advanced than we needed.

Do you think OpenText Core Experience Insights delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with OpenText Core Experience Insights's feature set?

Yes

Did OpenText Core Experience Insights live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of OpenText Core Experience Insights go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy OpenText Core Experience Insights again?

Yes

There are probably other software platforms out there that could assist us in the customer journey a little better than Open Text Core Experience Insights, however we have been doing everything very manually from Voice of Customer, Customer visits, round tables, focus groups, and calling lost customers so this is much better than the manual process. I've heard good things about Acquia as well.
