Easy to use, easy to set-up, easy to get assistance
Overall Satisfaction
Pros
- Used for website A/B and multivariate testing
- Great for non-programmers to use
- Very easy to implement
- Great customer and tech support
Cons
- While it does provide API and direct jQuery access, some programmers could possible feel that this solution is a little too "on rails" for them.
- Not originally designed for Responsive Design websites, however workarounds and user techniques do exist
- Great for small but rapid A/B and multi-variate testing
- Greatly aided user engagement on critical pages by experimenting with variations of key UI elements (buttons, modules, user forms, etc.)
