Oracle Cloud HCM was used to manage our workforce. It was used by the human resources department for the whole organization and helped us to track employee data.

Oracle Cloud HCM does a lot more than manage employee time and attendance. We wanted a product that does multiple things.
Well suited for having one system instead of several for employee data tracking, absence, performance management, and compensation.
Less appropriate for taxes, mobile compatibility, and search functionality.
