Oracle Cloud HCM does a lot more than manage employee time and attendance. We wanted a product that does multiple things.
Well suited for having one system instead of several for employee data tracking, absence, performance management, and compensation.
Less appropriate for taxes, mobile compatibility, and search functionality.
