Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud HCM
Oracle HCM Cloud is being used to manage the workforce, the workforce data, employee timesheets, employee benefits, etc. It is also used for benefit enrollment and other Employee management related processes.
It is being used across the organization and not just the departments. It addresses the common business problem of employee management and HR related activities by automating and streamlining most of the business processes.

- Since is it SaaS, there's no headache in maintaining and updating, like other on-prem ERP.
- The Workforce admin is very good.
- Integrations with other systems are easy with out of the box adapters.
- Providing out of the box APIs for integrations with Finance systems.
- More configurations would be good.
- We've seen no unexpected or innovative ways, as such.
It was a business decision considering all the pros, cons, and cost. Also, with an organization already using an Oracle on-prem HCM product, it is more likely to move to HCM Cloud than other vendors.
